They are refunding my deposit obviously but not sure how a mishap like that can happen, especially when I told them I'm good to go with my lender. Meanwhile I already got my loan approved, got my credit pulled for this specific car AND booked my flights for my wife and I. Then I get a call from Offlease from ******, the sales manager telling me there was a "mishap" and someone else put a deposit down too so they're giving them the car instead because they are going to be doing a pre-purchase inspection. Then they tell me ok got it and will send paperwork email soon.Entire day goes by and no paperwork arrives. Just told them to send the deposit email over and paid it immediately after receiving. Never got the deposit email that day.Following day I wake up to texts telling me to rush and pay the deposit because someone else may be interested in the car, so I rush and pay it because I want the car. Then contact them to send the deposit instructions and that I'll be waiting. So I contact my credit union, get the loan approved for this specific car. I also mentioned that I live in ** and will fly down to ******* and will drive it back up in 2 weeks due to work.They seemed irritated but they said fine, but you have to put a deposit down asap if you want the car. I tell them I have my own lender for financing and can get a pre-approval asap. They tell me it's available and text me videos of it, which I asked for. Now Off Lease tells us there is nothing else they can do about it other than I co-sign another truck and put more money down for Ronnie. Last week Warranty Solutions mailed a refund check for 2,470 stating Off Lease told them to cancel immediately. How come Off Lease did not see this and it was there eight times for the red light whom they said they kept changing the sensor out. Each of these individuals kept telling us nothing was wrong with this truck just because the red light was on now months later after taking it to the dealership that made the truck finds over 9,000 of repairs needed and the found a sensor wrapped in tape underneath there. I purchased a truck from this company and oh were they so polite the moment the moment we entered the building only to end up having the worse experience being sold a truck with over 9000 in repairs due to a red engine light kept coming on three days after the purchase of the truck, after speaking with supervisors, Mr.
